The code OLAF resolves phenomenon of overland flow over
2-D surface. The applied mathematical model is 2-D kinematic wave
equation. The user can choose infiltration model between Horton's formula
and imbedding surface flow model into a wholistic model of a catchment.

The numerical solution uses 2-layer implicit time-marching scheme over
finite-volume space discretization on a irregular triangular grid.
