ISEB15 Venue
The ISEB15 will take place at the Mercure-Panorama
Hotel, located at pl. Dominikanski 1, Wroclaw. It is a modern hotel,
opened in December 2000, located in the very center of Wroclaw, in the old
historical part of the city. The
map of the City center indicate the
ISEB15 venue, hotels and places of social activities.
Registration
The Registration Desk
will be opened in Mercure-Panorama Hotel on Monday, September 10, 2001, from
10:00 till 22:00, and during the Conference from 8:00
till 18:00.
On-site Registration Fee and accommodation have to be paid at the Registration Desk by cash (only in Polish Zloty or US Dollars). Bank checks,
personal checks or credit cards will not be accepted, however several 24-hour-ATM (automated
teller machines) accepting main credit cards are available in a close vicinity
of the ISEB15 venue.
Hotels
Room requests will be strictly filled on a “ first come, first served” basis. Participants are
invited to make hotel reservation by filling out HOTEL BOOKING FORM included in
the REGISTRATION FORM.
If reservation is not accompanied by remittance of conference fee, hotel
deposit (1-day rate) should be transferred to the Organizing Committee, by
using the same procedure as that for the Registration Fee.
Full accommodation payment may be remitted by the same way,
or made by cash at the ISEB15 Registration Desk, upon arrival.
Favorable rates for a block of
rooms have been negotiated with a luxury Mercure-Panorama Hotel, which is the
venue of the conference. The hotel is
air conditioned, and all rooms are with toilets, shower, satellite TV, phone
and internet access. Some rooms have additional bed for the 3-rd person
(children free, reduced rate for adults). Participants are highly encouraged to
choose this hotel, and - if possible - to share rooms with other colleagues
(the hotel capacity is limited). You are warmly invited to study the list of registered participants to
find a roommate.
Alternative accommodation has been arranged in other hotels (all
rooms are with toilet and shower). At the moment, the hotel reservation at
discount, listed below price, is possible only for Wroclaw hotel. Rates are
given per person/per night and include breakfast, service charge and taxes:
